gogo Kidz
I can't get my handle to stay in the middle height position.
Press the button on the top of the handle to retract the forelock (that is the little metal part of the handle that locks protrudes from the little openings in the legs to lock it). Release the bottom and slowly extend or retract the handle until the forelocks pop into the middle position.
My wheel came off when I checked it through airline baggage.
The airlines can be quite hard on luggage. Some damage may occur when checking the gogo Kidz. The most frequently reported damage was a wheel coming off. We have changed components to eliminate this, but it can still happen on some of the older units. We have some push caps with a tighter fit that should ensure they would not come off in this type of situation. We would be happy to send you replacement push caps at no charge for your gogo Kidz and will also include any spacers or washers that may have been lost when your wheel came off. It is quite easy to replace these parts and we will include some instructions. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance or have any further questions.

Urban Advantage
The brake-bar on the Urban Advantage stroller seems tight. Is this normal?
Yes, the kickstand comes down and is locked into place when you step on the brake-bar. This takes some additional force. It is normal and will take less force after some use. There is an adjusting-screw on the cable near the brake-bar. Turning the adjusting-screw clockwise reduces the amount of force required to extend the kickstand. Adjust the screw for the least amount of tension that still allows the kickstand legs to remain in the vertical position.
Should the kickstand touch the ground?
No. The kickstand should be about ½ inch above the ground when assembled correctly. This leaves room for tire deflation or varying weight of children.
Why are the snaps for the waist strap so difficult to release?
To release the buckle, the standard force is 4-9 pounds. Our first shipment was on the high side of that range. The amount of force required to release the straps will lessen after use.
My child is very tall for his age, and the top flap bothers him. Can we remove it?
The flap is a safety precaution for use with infants when the seatback in the horizontal position. You can simply fold over the flap when the seatback is in the upper positions. If you are sure the stroller will not be used with an infant, you can remove it entirely with scissors. However, be sure you remove only the flap and do not cut the threads below.
I cannot lock my stroller in the collapsed position.
If the hook is at all bent out, it does not stay securely connected and will pop open. Our suggestion is to push the hook in toward the stroller a little (it is not difficult to bend the metal). The best way to do that would be to swivel the hook so it is away from the frame and then push it in.
My stroller arrived and there is no strap for the infant seat?
The strap is included in the diaper basket along with the manual and instructions.
My new stroller seems to have an unusual smell to it?
We apologize for this. On our last shipment, with a manufacturer date of July 2006, Go-Go Babyz changed our wheel manufacturer and we have found the rubber wheels were not "aired out" long enough before putting them into the box. Once you remove your stroller, please allow 4 or 5 days out of the box for the smell to dissipate before putting it in a confined space such as the car.

My stroller seems to be pulling to one side
We have found there to be some instances of the stroller pulling to one side. If this situation arises, we suggest the following:
1. Make sure that the brake bar has been inserted properly and locks on both sides of the frame.
2. Confirm that all tires are inflated to 40 psi.
3. Adjust the front wheel by loosening the side you feel it is pulling. Tighten the bolt from the other side. Sometimes, if the front wheel has been tightened on one side only, it is not centered.
4. If the problems continues, please call our customer service and we will be happy to help you. 888.686.2552
