Shipping, Return & Exchanges

Shipping & Delivery Times 
UPS/FedEx Standard Ground Service is used unless otherwise requested. Orders sent to APO and FPO addresses are shipped via US Postal Service*. Since delivery tracking is unavailable, we are unable to guarantee receipt of your order. *All USPS orders receive a $2.50 handling charge.

We will begin processing your order no later than the next business morning after receiving your order. Most items are in-stock and ready to ship. In-stock items will ship within approximately 1-2 business days. Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-10 business days after leaving our warehouse if ordered by 1PM PST. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and do not include order processing time, only transit time. Any orders placed after 1PM PST will not be processed until the next business day.

Please note that Go-Go Babyz ONLY ships Monday - Friday (regular business days, no holidays). Any order received after 1PM PST Friday, the day before a holiday, or the day before a holiday weekend will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday or regular business day.

International Orders
We do ship international orders and try to use the most economical option possible. International orders are subject to taxes, customs and duties depending on location and are the responsibility of the buying party. Any delivery refused due to taxes, duties and customs will not be refunded.

Express or Expedited Delivery:*
Express or expedited delivery requests are shipped UPS/FedEx Air and will
be shipped the next business day, we do not ship on weekends or holidays; no Saturday deliveries.

If you will be traveling and need the gogo kidz Travelmate or Infant Cruizer in time for your travels, we strongly recommend calling Customer Service at 888.686.2552 to check availability of the product and to help determine the best method for shipping. 


Return & Exchange Policy
Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
Upon receipt of your order, please open the package immediately and inspect the contents for damage or manufacturing defects. If any item in your order is damaged during shipping, or if you find any significant manufacturing defects, please call Customer Service within 7 days of receipt of your order at 888.686.2552 to request a return authorization. We cannot accept any returns without prior approval.

Once your return has been authorized and you have been given a return authorization number (RA#) from a Go-Go Babyz customer service representative, please re-pack your return items in the original packaging and fill out completely our customer return slip and include it with the package you are returning. You MUST include the completed return form to ensure timely & accurate processing of your return/exchange. UPS/FedEx will come to pick up your return within 7 - 14 business days. If you are not at home or the package is not available when UPS/FedEx arrives, they will attempt to pick up your package two more times. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, we will either exchange your item or issue a full credit in the amount of the original purchase price. Returns requested after 7 days of receipt of an order will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

General Returns:
We encourage you to use care when ordering. However, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you are not satisfied with your product or would like to return it for any other reason, we will accept returns within 14 days of purchase, in new or like new condition and refund your original purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee and all shipping costs*. In every case, you must call us for return authorization prior to sending your product back to us - we cannot accept any returns without prior approval.

Once your return has been authorized
, and you have been given a return authorization number (RA#) from a Go-Go Babyz customer service representative, please re-pack your return items in the original packaging and fill out completely our customer return slip and include it with the package you are returning. You MUST include the completed customer return slip to ensure timely & accurate processing of your return/exchange. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION AND A COMPLETED RETURN SLIP.

Make sure to include the appropriate amount of insurance on the package and choose a service that provides tracking capabilities. We cannot be responsible for returned items that are damaged in shipment

*Please note that Go-Go Babyz can only authorize & process returns/exchanges for products purchased directly from Go-Go Babyz. Go-Go Babyz reserves the right to approve or deny any request made outside the terms of our policy as stated on this page or outside the terms of our product's warranty.

Items purchased from an authorized Go-Go Babyz dealer:
Go-Go Babyz has many fine retailers that carry our products. For a helpful listing please visit our Store Locator page. If you purchased any of our products from an authorized retailer, please be sure to familiarize yourself with their individual return policies as they are responsible for your return authorizations and refund requests. Go-Go Babyz cannot authorize returns or refunds for products that were purchased through our retailers.
